Make a payment

Alliant Bill Pay offers different payment options to meet your needs. Here's what you can do:

• You can pay client-generated invoices. This feature does not apply to brokers in Epic.

• For ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments, you can pay up to $9,999,999.00. If you need to pay more, contact your account team.

• For credit card payments, you can pay up to $999,999.99. You can use credit cards only if your invoice shows a credit card option.

To make a payment

1. Open your invoice if you haven't already. To learn how to open your invoice, see Open your invoice.

2. Enter your payment and bank information.

   

3. Select Pay > I accept terms of this Agreement.

   

4. Confirm your account details, and then select Pay.

   

5. If you want to print or save a confirmation copy, select Print.

   note

   Alliant Bill Pay sends a payment receipt to your account manager and to the email address you entered.

   

6. Follow the prompts to save or print your confirmation.
