Make a payment

Alliant Bill Pay offers different payment options to meet your needs. Here's what you can do:

• You can pay client-generated invoices. This feature does not apply to brokers in Epic.

• For ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments, you can pay up to $9,999,999.00. If you need to pay more, contact your account team.

• For credit card payments, you can pay up to $999,999.99. You can use credit cards only if your invoice shows a credit card option.

To make a payment

1. Open your invoice if you haven't already. To learn how to open your invoice, see Open your invoice.

2. Enter your payment and bank information.

   

3. Select Pay > I accept terms of this Agreement.

   

4. Confirm your account details, and then select Pay.

   

5. Upon successful payment, select Print to save or close.

   Alliant Bill Pay sends the following payment receipt to the email address you entered and to these Alliant representatives associated with your account:

   • Account Executive named on the servicing tab in Epic
   • Account Manager named on the servicing tab in Epic
   • Assistant Account Manager named on the servicing tab in Epic
   • Account Representative named on the servicing tab in Epic
   • Assistant Account Representative named on the servicing tab in Epic
   • Technical Assistant named on the servicing tab in Epic

   

6. If your payment declines, you'll see a message on-screen, and the following email is sent to you and these Alliant representatives associated with your account:

   • Account Executive named on the servicing tab in Epic
   • Account Manager named on the servicing tab in Epic
   • Assistant Account Manager named on the servicing tab in Epic
   • Account Representative named on the servicing tab in Epic
   • Assistant Account Representative named on the servicing tab in Epic
   • Technical Assistant named on the servicing tab in Epic
